Who we are
LoxManuals is a product of Grizzly Tec LLC, a LOXONE Gold Partner based in Spring, TX, in business since 2015. If you have questions about anything here, email us at daniel@grizzlytec.com.
What the service does
LoxManuals reads the layout of your Loxone smart home (rooms, devices, scenes) and generates a plain-English PDF manual for you. There are two options:
- Free preview — a sample guide built from a generic template, personalized with your name and email. Gives you a feel for the full manual. Costs nothing.
- Personalized — $9.99 one-time — a complete homeowner manual for your specific home. Covers every room, every device, and every scene. Includes real screenshots of your Loxone app. Delivered as a PDF you can download, print, and keep forever. One payment, no subscription.
Refund policy
If you paid $9.99 and the result wasn't what you expected, email daniel@grizzlytec.com within 7 days of your purchase. We'll refund the full $9.99 — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Use LoxManuals only for properties you own or have explicit permission to document. Don't use the service to access or generate manuals for homes you're not authorized to enter. We reserve the right to cancel an account if we find it being used to access other people's Loxone systems without permission.
A note on accuracy
LoxManuals is a documentation aid. It reads your Loxone configuration file and does its best to describe what it finds — but it is not a substitute for professional advice, official Loxone documentation, or your installer's knowledge. For safety-critical setup or changes to your system, always consult Loxone's official support resources and a qualified integrator.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Grizzly Tec LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of LoxManuals is limited to the amount you paid — which is $9.99 for the Personalized plan and $0 for the free plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows the last revision. Continued use of LoxManuals after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
